Our Story
The Viveca Leigh Robinson Foundation was created in loving memory of Viveca Leigh Robinson — a whose life radiated faith, creativity, and compassion. Founded by her mother, Margaret Robinson, the foundation continues Viveca’s mission of spreading light, love, and opportunity to youth and families in need.
Viveca’s life was a testament to what it means to serve others with grace and joy. Born on October 29, 1979, in Los Angeles, California, she grew up surrounded by faith, family, and strong values. Her parents and grandmother instilled in her a deep appreciation for hard work, community, and the belief that every day was a gift worth celebrating.
A Life of Purpose and Faith
Viveca’s faith in God was the foundation of her life. As an active member of Family of Faith Christian Center, she found purpose in ministry, leadership, and service. She led the youth dance ministry, teaching “her girls” how to worship through movement and how to see their talents as gifts from God. Her compassion reached far beyond the church walls — she mentored youth, encouraged education, and modeled integrity and self-respect in everything she did.
Professionally, Viveca spent over two decades balancing her career and her calling. From her work at the Los Angeles County USC Nursing School to her 17 years with the Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA), she never stopped pouring into others. Whether she was mentoring coworkers or guiding teens toward their goals, Viveca used every role to teach that faith, gratitude, and perseverance could overcome any challenge.
The Heart Behind the Foundation
In 2020, Viveca faced her greatest battle — a diagnosis of breast cancer that eventually spread to her spine. True to her spirit, she faced every moment with courage, faith, and a smile that inspired everyone around her. Even through treatment, she found ways to uplift others, reminding friends and family that “all things are workable” with God’s help.
When Viveca transitioned to eternal rest on November 23, 2024, her life left an unshakable mark on everyone who knew her. Her mother, Margaret Robinson, founded the Viveca Leigh Robinson Foundation to continue the work her daughter began — mentoring, uplifting, and empowering others to live with purpose and joy.

Carrying Her Light Forward
Those who knew Viveca will never forget her laughter, her strength, or her “Tuesday Tuesday” gatherings that filled her home with family, food, games, and joy. She made every person feel seen and loved — and through this foundation, that same warmth continues to touch hearts.
Viveca Leigh Robinson Foundation exists so that her love doesn’t end here — it grows.
Every act of kindness, every scholarship awarded, every life lifted in hope — it’s all part of the living legacy of Viveca Leigh Robinson.
“Thank you, Lord, for blessing us with the Light and Life of Viveca Leigh Robinson.”
